A highlight of the Roundtable are the workshops where you have the opportunity to learn, grow, exchange ideas and resources.
Workshops are designed to be practical providing ideas and tools that are relevant to various ministry contexts.

Focus Hotel Premium Hotel is located between the Warsaw Chopin Airport and the city centre. It is accessible by taxi and public transport from the Airport, and by car.
Payment for the hotel includes your accommodation and breakfast. Lunch, dinner and coffee are paid from your registration fee.
Please note – only book the hotel via the link you will receive via email after Registration Step 2.
Roundtable Costs
Total costs (see below) per person for the 3 nights:
Total cost with shared twin bed room 355 EUR/person*
Rate for Double Bed Room(single or double occupancy**) 435 EUR
* Early bird price – after the 10th of December prices will increase. **Couples sharing a room need to register separately for the roundtable but not for the hotel.
The price includes:
• Conference fees
• Accommodation, meals, coffee/tea (3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches)
• Participation to the plenary sessions and workshops

PAYMENT
Payment for the Roundtable is done in two steps – Step 1 payment for the Roundtable Registration and is done via Eventbrite. Payment for the hotel accommodation and breakfast is done in Step 3 via the RHP special link to the hotel website.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
For your hotel accommodation the hotel requires full payment on booking. In case of cancellation, the hotel will charge the cost of the first day. The reception will refund the funds within 14 business days.

Via the button below you will be directed to our Eventbrite registration page. There you will be able to get your Roundtable ticket, which will include access to the entire event as well as coffee, and mid-day and evening meals from Thursday through Saturday evening.
Step 2
After you register via Eventbrite you will receive a link via email to the Refugee Ministries Hub, where you can create your profile, share more about your ministry and start connecting with others who are attending and/or in your region or same field! This secure site will help foster collaboration as well as give us helpful information to prepare a great Roundtable for all.
We are excited to use this great networking tool this year, and are grateful to collaborate with the Refugee Ministries Hub to make it available.
Step 3
After you complete your profile on RMH you will receive another link and password to book your hotel room directly with the hotel. Only through this link will you be able to access the special RHP rate for the hotel!
After you complete these easy three steps you will be fully registered and will receive regular information and updates on the schedule and key elements of the Roundtable as the February 22nd draws closer.
